Pre-order →Why KVELI
Made by one person who wanted this watch.
I'm John, and I started KVELI in Trondheim because I wanted a clean, mechanical dress watch with Norwegian colours, without paying luxury prices. Arktis is the watch I wanted to wear myself. Every order comes straight to me, and you can write to me directly with any question.

Ask John a question · john@kveli.watchWhy the Miyota 8215?
We chose the Japanese Miyota 8215 automatic movement on purpose. It is a proven workhorse with 21 jewels and about 42 hours of power reserve, used in watches around the world. It is robust, accurate enough for daily wear and easy for any watchmaker to service. That keeps the price fair and the watch running for many years.
02 / The Name
Kveli,
Kveli is a Norwegian name, carried from the northern part of Europe, where the light does the designing. The Arktis collection borrows its three moods: blue ice, midwinter snow, and the polar night. One dial for each.
We are a small Norwegian house making our first watch the way we would want to own it: quietly, precisely, and in numbers small enough to matter.
